Florence de Leyritz
Managing Partner of xpand France, I help business leaders through individual and group coaching. I make interventions in leadership training and in the development of team strategy (strategy process, transitions, team focus). I have been involved as a Consultant and Speaker in Canada since 2012.
I have previously been the co-founder and manager for 10 years of an association which served more than 120,000 people and involves 7000 volunteers. Before that I was working in the management and financing of UN international projects through UNDCP, and for the French government, as technical advisor to the cabinet of minister Xavier Emmanuelli regarding aid to Asia, Europe and Africa.
Curriculum. I hold a Masters’ degree in International Finance from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. I am a certified coach from l’Académie du coaching, trained in the Systemic approach, Transactional Anaysis, and have other certifications ( Lego Serious Play, World Café Training and Open Forum). I am certified in the DISC Personality Profile.
