In our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world, few seem eager to leave their comfort zone or take pleasure in new challenges.  As a matter of fact, we go a lot farther in bringing our potential into action with the help of other people.

My passion is to find the way to be relevant to the persons I come to meet. Which means to be there at the right moment to help bring about decisions which prove fruitful to them or their organization in due time.

My presence with xpand is in continuity with a long-standing personal and professional growth process focused on service.

Formerly a manager and expert with large firms in the financial industry, my understanding of leadership and strategic issues stems from practice.

Various commitments through a number of organizations and in ethics broadened and sharpened these skills. On a personal note, I am married and have two grown-up kids who have left the nest.

Curriculum. A Coach trained under the International Coach Federation guidelines, I am licenced to work with the DISC Persolog Personality Profile. I am also a retired member of the Bar of Quebec and formerly of the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec (C.Adm.). I hold a Law degree from Laval University (LL.B.) and two degrees in Philosophy from the Dominican University College of Ottawa (B.Ph., M.a.Ph.).
