Currently one of the managing directors of the German xpand team, I have been part of the xpand network for over 25 years. I also do the coordination for the xpand Campus, and the xpand public seminar program. In addition to my consulting work with other xpand managing directors and executive teams, I work as a Master Trainer, Keynote Speaker and Author. Some of my books have been translated into over 10 languages.
