Inspire your customers, don’t just give them customer service!
Fifteen hundred years ago St. Augustine said: “The fire must first burn in you, before you can ignite it in the other!” In other words: you must be inspired before you can inspire someone else. To maintain inspiration we use the ‘four faces’ scheme: our customers, our organization, our product and services, our product value. Each ‘face’ must be inspired, pleased and smiling. Maintaining inspiration is not only relevant when you start your business, it remains important throughout the lifespan of the business.

Tips to grow in customer inspiration:
Take time as a team to answer the questions related to the four “faces”.

- What are we particularly good at? What am I proud of?
- How does the customer perceive us? What does the customer really
appreciate about us?
- Our customers
- Who are our customers? What is their unique story?
- What are their strengths? What do we particularly appreciate about
them?
- Our products and services
- What are the unique strengths of our products and services?
- What is the story behind our products?
- The value of our product
- How does the product or service contribute to the success of our

customers?
