The team-members of healthy, innovative, effective and successful teams have really been given their own place and have claimed it too. The team-members are aware of each other’s strengths and weaknesses. They complement and trust each other, have respect for each other and for the differences between everyone. Conflicts get solved quickly and correctly. Another key element characterizing such teams is that they have developed a culture of appreciation through giving each other constructive feedback. These teams constantly grow in their performance.
Since 1988 we have been actively training organizations of all kinds, all over Europe, to support them in developing healthy, innovative, effective and successful teams.
Our training consists out of 4 phases, covering these four topics:
