Michaela Kast is a trainer and coach with extensive experience in teaching, coaching, training and consulting for individuals, business and not-for-profit organisations since 1996. She is a member of the xpand international board, and the team leader responsible for youth activities within xpand international. Michaela is the author of several books and workshop materials and is an authorised persolog ® (D-I-S-C) master trainer (Personality Profiling) and xpand certified coach.
