Having lived in six countries, Fifi is drawn to connecting with leaders from diverse backgrounds and cultures. He is deeply passionate about developing leadership capacity within individuals and teams. Fifi has many years of experience serving leaders to become healthier, more effective and to express their authentic leadership voice. As a consultant, coach and trainer, he has served leaders and organizations to intentionally create cultures that foster the growth of high-quality leaders. He also has a keen interest in helping leaders navigate key life transitions with wisdom and skill.
