Joseph is a native Zambian and he and his wife Alice, live in Lusaka, Zambia with their five children. Joseph has extensive experience in leading complex organizations within the African context. He has worked with both profit and non-profit companies. He speaks various African languages and have developed leaders across Africa. He has a Master’s of Organizational Leadership. He is passionate to support organizational leaders to build inspiring and long-term sustainable companies to thrive in the African context.
